Every time I go to a dealership the cost of an oil change is normally 250 to 500 dollars. I am an old car guy. If I can't see what's wrong, then I can't make an informed decision. I would think if I had two nails one in each rear tire it would show up on my tire pressure indicator in the car. Somehow I should've lost some kind of pressure, but I didn't. The dealership was great. However after tire rotation the tire pressure warning message came on the car. It shows the tire pressure monitor is not working.
Communication is poor. I call, am told I will get a call back. And then every communication with him is through text. No calls.

I came in for new tires and an alignment. The staff is friendly and they finished my car same day. Dylan arranged for an uber for me to go home until the car was ready. When it was ready, I made it back in an uber with no problems.
I was said to take 8 day and I would be kept informed of progress. The car was left in on July 2nd, and on July 9, I figured the car has to be ready; but that was not the case. I was told by Renee, that [they] kept ordering the wrong part and...So, I didn't get the car back until July 15th. Very, very, very disappointing!

I provided an issue that could not be resolved. Intermittently the door locks would or will not lock when the FOB indicates with a beep of the horn that they did lock. It was an BCM or Controller issue that makes the electronic locking of the doors inoperable. Thus the car indicates that the doors are locked when in fact they are not!

Charge too much for poor service and bad diagnosis. Luckily we said no to the AC service and took to Tires Plus who diagnosed and fixed the issue at 10% of what you where going to charge us. Your service is a joke and we will tell everyone how bad the experience was with your team.

My oil change took about 2 1/2 hours. Which is completely unacceptable. And then I was told that the parts needed for my oil change were not there. Why do I go through the trouble of scheduling appointments days in advance for something like this to happen?
DAY 1 - Oil change took 3 hrs, got home parked the car and the oil ran out and down the driveway. DAY 2 - Brought car back. 2.5 hours to figure what happened from day 1. Overfilled oil and something with filter.
