Kind of torn. I purchased a high end used car that was 3 years old for $40,000 and after 6 1/2 months the battery died. I had driven it about 1,000 miles One would expect a dealer upon taking the car in, service it and change the battery, windshield wipers and any degraded part. I was told as I had the car longer than 6 months, they would not replace the battery. I was originally quoted a price and did get a discount. Or did I? Quote high and give back to appease? Bottom line. I feel a battery should have been installed at no cost.

I’ve given Ferman Chevy multiple chances, and the biggest issue is still communication. On this visit, I scheduled ahead, dropped my truck off Monday, and was told diagnosis would take 1–2 days. Then I heard nothing for days despite repeated calls and texts. I was told the part wouldn’t arrive until Thursday, so I extended my rental for another week at an extra $400. Then Monday afternoon I got a call saying the truck was already repaired and ready. The work was fine, but the poor communication cost me time and money.

The place was more competitive probably a place standpoint. Both mark and the finance guy were helpful without being pushy. Mark even gave me a detailed breakdown of all associated costs. It was my first stop in my car search and I made it my last. No pressure, no haggling and good communication throughout

Had an appt for an oil change, it took 3 hrs. Reason I was given was they were doing car wash and vacuum. When I got in the car after they were finally done, they didn't even vacuum out my car

Artemis (Art) was assigned as my advisor for the visit and when I spoke with him, explained the quandary I found myself in, with my vehicle breaking day just before I was supposed to leave on vacation on my car, he worked very quickly to ensure my car was fixed and ready to go by the end of the day - even though they were a bit backed up and short on technicians.
Fourth truck purchased in the last couple years from them. Very happy with the service.

The people were great the wait was the only thing that wasn't pleasant. It took over two hours to complete a first time oil change and maintenance on a 2026 Chevy Silverado. Everything else was great.

The service took too long. We waited till you had all the parts before we left the truck for you to repair and it still took 2 1/2 weeks just one delay after another with poor communication about the delays.

You lost a customer for life and I am 60 days from buying a new C8- all because you want to charge me 8 labor hours for a 4 to 5 hour job. You trained your service people to use such lame excuses as: 1) the warranty book shows 8 hrs - and yes, the typical time to replace is 3.5 to 5.. but you have to pay 8 anyway. Even though we charge you $220 an hour - you can't pay for only the hours it takes. 2) I remember once we went over the hours and didnt charge more - we have to make that up - ... Read More

Buying the truck was good, but after I bought the Certified Preowned 2025 Custom Trail Boss, I was promised a 2nd set of keys from the salesman. He said that the guy that traded it in would bring the keys in within two weeks. It has been over two months and the salesman and a manager will not respond to my emails about the keys. My fault for leaving and believing a car salesman! “The blame goes to the gullible, not the liar.”

Poor customer service. The guy checking me in, not Art, took a personal phone call while helping me. Had my car for 2 days for a problem that took 1 hour to fix. Kept getting thr run around. Will not be returning for service or my next chevy purchase.
